Smart Dresser lets users virtually try on clothing without ever stepping inside a store or changing room.  To get started,  users take a photo of themselves or their friends, then start trying on dresses one at a time. Very easy and fun.  If they like a dress, they can go directly to the retailers website  for more information or to check out.  Thet can also save the pictures to the app’s gallery.

There’s also an eraser tool which is pretty unique - it lets users trim the dress to fit their body more realistically.  Users can also can post dresses they like on social sites like Twitter or Facebook.  We had a chance to speak with the developers and they also offer the app as a white label solution for brands that want to engage their customers in the mobile space – so we might see it more often in the fashion world.
