A new app and website we came across called SocialPoint takes all your networks and combines them into one simple app with a pretty sweet user interface. On the feeds and notifications section, you can combine your networks but also separate them out. Rather than posting into each app, you can write out the post, select the networks, and submit. You won’t have to monitor multiple accounts and flip back and forth between them.  Basically you are cutting out tons of time and steps.  There is also a pretty robust search function that’s worth playing around with, as well as tons of filters for your photos.
