AppWatch Review
Puzzlium is a free iOS app with thousands of puzzles created by other users. There are three types of puzzles in the app. There’s tangram - which has seven pieces you have to fit into a shaded shape. The next are the tetromino puzzles where you have five pieces, like in tetris, that you have to fit into a shaded shape. And then there’s Cut by Painting where you cut a shaded shape into identical parts by assigning boxes with colors.
What I love about Puzzlium is that puzzles are all made by other users. So you can create your own puzzles and publish them on the app to get more stars, which is the app currency. Now when you open the app for the first time, you have 1,000 stars. Each time you start a puzzle, you spend 5 stars. When you solve a puzzle, you get three stars. If you share a puzzle, you get one star. And if you create a puzzle, you get stars when it's played. Really rewarding social interactions.
