Lil Dicky SXSW 2016

Few artists have taken the music scene by storm quite like David Andrew Burd.  In case you don’t know who that is, he goes by the stage name Lil Dicky or LD.  Lil Dicky is an American rapper and comedian who came to prominence in 2014 with the release of “Ex-Boyfriend” on YouTube.  The song, an ode to jealousy and misunderstood relationship statuses, hit over a million views in 24 hours and thrust him into the spotlight immediately.  Since then, he’s released his debut album “Professional Rapper” that features hilarious songs like “$ave Dat Money”, “Lemme Freak”, Professional Rapper”, and “Classic Male Pregame”.  “$ave Dat Money” has thrown him into a different echelon of musical recognition, hitting #71 in the Billboard Hot 100.

So it was with great anticipation that we saw him perform at SXSW 2016 at The Main last night.  And boy did he nail it.  From taking off his clothing and dancing with a female member of the audience to throwing an entire birthday cake (it was in-fact his birthday) into the audience, his antics were not only hilarious but fun.

But let’s not forget the music.  His performance had the entire audience pumping fists and jumping to the bass-heavy music like it was New Years Eve.  Without a doubt, the evening climaxed as the iconic intro for “$ave Dat Money” came on. Everyone in the audience not only new the lyrics, but proceeded to sing along with LD from start to finish.

The Main concert venue is a small one that packs a punch.  And artists like Lil Dicky are the reason we keep going back to it.  He took a small stage crammed full of fans and music lovers and turned it into an unforgettable night.  From start to finish, it was one of the better performances at the artist-filled-SXSW.

Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword….wait there’s even more Now what if i told you there was a simple WordPress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you?
