Where to Shop Cyber Monday 2017

By: Nick Gambino

If it weren’t for Cyber Monday sharing some of the burden, Black Friday would still be an insane melee of shoppers duking it out over who gets the last Turbo Man action figure.

According to Adobe Analytics it’s estimated that Americans will spend somewhere to the tune of $6.6 billion on Cyber Monday compared to about $5 billion through online shopping a couple of days earlier on Black Friday.

While pretty much every online retailer will be offering great deals come Monday we’ve gathered a few select ones you might want to jump on.

Best Buy

Let’s be honest we’re excited for Black Friday or Cyber Monday specifically because of the awesome discounts on electronics like TVs and tablets.

This Monday will see great deals on top-of-the-line devices and TVs on Best Buy’s website. Check out the Samsung 55-inch Class LED 2160p Smart TV for only $499. No, that wasn’t a typo. You can get a 55” 4K TV for just $500.

Samsung continues their discount by slashing the price of the Galaxy S8, S8+ and Note 8 by $350. That is if you start a monthly installment plan with either Sprint or Verizon.

Other deals include dropped prices on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One S.

Travel Deals

While most of us think of physical items we can use around the house when we think of Cyber Monday, there are actually a number of other outlets offering great deals.

Specifically, airlines and travel sites are known to slash prices for specific dates and locations. The best way to spot these great deals and get yourself a cheap vacation to a dream spot is to sign up for newsletters through sites like Orbitz or Priceline. Or simply decide where you want to go and check prices the day of.

Walmart

Ok, let’s just get it out of the way now. Yes Amazon has an infinite number of Cyber Monday deals. They always do and they usually blend into the rest of the holiday deals that they promote for a good 2-4 weeks. So go check those out. Now let’s talk Walmart.

Walmart is offering a ton of discounts in a large number of categories. Similar to Amazon, Walmart’s deals kind of run together with discounts from the earlier week and carry through the entire next week.

Expect deals on electronics, around-the-house items and toys for the kids.

We know the Samsung 32” 720p Smart LED TV will go for $158 with free shipping. While the popular Razor Power Core E100 Electric Scooter will sell for $118. The Xbox One S Ultimate Halo Bundle is going for only $229.

The best way to discover the deals you want is to keep an eye out for the items that interest you starting on Friday. But don’t neglect the several days following Monday as there are even more deals than appear on Black Friday or Cyber Monday.
