The Checkout 51 app makes it easy to shop with your favorite grocery stores and start saving money. Download the free app, select your store, and see what items are on sale. Whenever you buy something that’s on sale, you’ll get cashback. The app has a built-in camera to take perfect shots of your receipt so you can start saving money even faster. You can cash out when you have at least $20 in your account. Payment methods include PayPal or check.
Coupons.com Coupons.com has a mobile app that promises you can save hundreds of dollars with free paperless grocery coupons.
Using it is easy. Simply link your store loyalty cards to the app to add coupons for each store. Then you save instantly at checkout. The app also provides you with recipes, how-to videos, shopping lists, and more. Coupons.com is available for free at the App Store and for Android at the Google Play Store.
The Fetch Rewards company allows its users to get shopping benefits by scanning their grocery receipts. You can also use the app to find the best deals available at any store. The app will automatically scan your receipt and it will give you points for what you buy most often. Once you have enough points, you can redeem them for rewards such as gift cards from major retailers.
The Fetch Rewards app has a free version and a paid pro version. The pro version costs $5 a year and gives you the ability to earn points faster, track your grocery spending over time, get better deals from stores, see how much you have saved when compared to shopping at other stores without using Fetch Rewards and it also has access to the “Special Offers” tab. The free version of Fetch Rewards is good for earning up to 25 points per receipt and the pro version is great for earning up to 100 points per receipt.
Ibotta is a great app to save money on groceries. You can earn cash by adding offers, shopping, and uploading a photo of your receipt. If you link your store loyalty card, you don’t have to upload pictures.
You can withdraw cash from your Ibotta account when you reach $20. If you upload photos of your receipt, you can get your cash within 24 hours. Ibotta features products from national brands, but even if you shop at Aldi which primarily sells off-brand groceries, you can take advantage of “Any Item” rebates for about 25 cents per receipt you upload.

Rakuten (formerly eBates) is a cashback site that allows you to earn cash by shopping at any of the stores listed- Safeway, Albertsons, and Tom Thumb, certain partner stores offer cashback and others offer coupons. You must have a minimum of $5 in your account to cash out. Payments are only sent quarterly via PayPal or physical check.
