The system, which concentrates on health, happiness and harmony (hence the title), has helped numerous people over the years with issues ranging from family situations to weight problems.
With one-on-one coaching in the form of written support, live video calls or even in-person sessions, its proven to be a successful approach. Especially as it strays from the run-of-the-mill cookie-cutter method. There is no “one size fits all” process here. Instead the idea is to create customized programs for each person addressing their exact needs.
The new app introduces new elements to Triple H Coaching with 5-6 minute coaching videos and accompanying exercises that can be done right from home.
All one has to do is watch a video and do the related exercise. In the video introducing the app Dr. Lafferty-Whyte recommends the approach to the video/exercise system, “I recommend not just focusing on one section but doing a happy, a healthy and then a harmonious video and relating exercise to make sure you are balancing your life as you should.”
This doesn’t mean of course that you’re on your own while using the app. There is a “Get Help or Advice” feature for whenever you get stuck or hit a bump in the road. This will put you directly in touch with the staff at Triple H Coaching or even Dr. Lafferty-Whyte himself.
If you’re looking for a more personalized experience, meaning direct, live coaching sessions, there is an option to sign up directly in the app.
Triple H Coaching’s Facebook page offers yet another way to connect, with regular more casual videos uploaded regularly by Dr. Lafferty-Whyte.
