Dodge CEO Tim Kuniskis said that Dodge’s New EV Charger will “tear up the streets, not the planet” when he first discussed the release of the “American eMuscle” last year. What Kuniskis meant by that has now been made clear by the Stellantis brand. The Dodge Charger Daytona SRT concept, which resembles a futuristic take on the company’s gas-powered Challenger and Charger muscle cars, has been unveiled. A spokesperson told TechCrunch that “it is very close to production,” despite the fact that it is still only a concept and may change significantly before it is released.
The new 800V Banshee propulsion system will power the two-door electric Dodge Charger. Dodge claims in its announcement that the Banshee’s engine is more potent than the Hellcat’s, which is already potent.
